Cam built his 1st career in the Long Haul Moving and Storage business, 1st with Allied Van Lines then with American Red Ball Transit and then he continued his affiliation with American Red Ball Transit Van Lines. When he relocated to the Valley of the Sun he was the Corporate Booking Agent for the West Coast Region at American Red Ball Transit.
After spending most of his adult life in the Seattle area (Bremerton & Wenatchee to be specific) Cam decided it was time to move to a warmer, dryer climate. So he relocated to Northern Phoenix.
Cam met Ric Leone while purchasing his home in west Phoenix back in 2003 and became great friends and business associates. While Cam had a large cliental who had to sell their homes to relocate, he started referring them to Ric because he knew that Ric would provide service to the clients at the highest standards in the Real Estate Industry. That's when the CamRic team was formed. Cam learned the listing and buying process and decided it was time to get his Arizona Real Estate License.
Cam also being a firm believer that "Real Estate" is the best most sound investment someone can make", no matter what the market conditions. You always have to have a place to live.

Cam has taken the Initiative to continue with his continuing education far and above the standard yearly continuing education classes mandated by the state of Arizona and has educated himself to set a higher standard for his clients. He completed his CNE courses in October 2007 which gives him his certification in Certified Negotiation Expert. These classes are a high standard to achieve to better negotiate a higher sales price for his sellers and buyers, and short sales in dealing with lenders.
In January 2008 Cam completed his E-Pro Courses and is now certified in Internet Technology, we all know that the consumer today starts there research for home hunting and marketing via the web, Cam has gone the extra mile to become certified in this area to better promote all the listings that the CamRic Team receives. Internet exposure to hundreds of websites and better placement is key to internet marketing and we look forward to the ideas and concepts that Cam has learned in getting this accreditation.
October 2008 Cam completed yet another special designation to improve the relationships and understandings of the SENIOR community with his SRES designation. This designation sets the CamRic Team apart in the areas that require specialized handling of our seniors in todays inner workings. Knowing the needs and the wants of our seniors and those of the baby boomers is becoming more critical every day. Cam looks forward to utilizing this designation to it's very best and supporting the CamRic team with it.
This designation will ensure the citizens of Sun City and Sun City West know they have a team of REALTORS working for them and a team that knows and understands there needs and wants.
November 2008 was a busy month with buyers and sellers but Cam found time to educate himself with the ABR designation. This designation brings a ton of information in representation of the buyers and the needs and privacy policies put into place with our strict NAR rules.
