Tax Credits Provide Outstanding Opportunities for Home Buyers

The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 has extended the tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence. It also authorized a tax credit of up to $6,500 for qualified repeat home buyers.

First-time home buyers must be under contract by April 30th 2010 and close by June 30th 2010 to take advantage of the gredit.

Move up buyers must have resided in there current home for 5 years, and there are income limits, call our team and we can discuss the details. Now is a great time to buy a new home or maybe some investment properties in Arizona.

Take advantage of our new mapping system on our home page to locate some properties for youself or someone you know.
